Been working on a new location for my video game! This isn’t a very good screenshot but I only just nailed some of the visuals this morning.
To be honest, I’d say about 2/3rd of the world maps are complete! Doesn’t mean the game is anywhere near completion, I still have over half the enemies to do, and the big kicker, the actual game progression/dialogue trees/boss battles.
Okay, now fading back into my cave! Enjoy the lil preview at least!

Rainbow Brite, everyone!!
The original Rainbow Brite show was before my time, but I always ADORED her. I always end up drawing her every few years or so. I used this to test some new coloring techniques and lineart work! I’m so happy with it!! I might start focusing more on explosive colors like this.

That’s right, I’m coming out of my cave to talk a little bit about the video game I’ve been working on.
Truth be told, between working conventions and etsy, somedays I’ve been having 12 hour days working on this thing. I have a huge portion of the world already done (At least, the bare bones basics of the visuals) some enemies programmed, including 2 boss battles and around 15 unique enemies (so far), and most concept art for these locations finished.
It probably isn’t a surprise that I’m keeping most things a surprise until release gets close, and when that happens I’ll release more official art, designs for certain characters and basic character bios, all that.
My hope is to have it finished in a year and a half, and then do a kickstarter to help fund hiring a composer. I can do most everything else myself (Even if its a lot of work!) but music is not a skill I’ve ever worked to grow.
That, and I’ll want to make sure the bug fixes go well. I have great close friends who are being my beta testers, because I want to release this game as good as I can!
It won’t be on switch (Sorry) but it’ll for SURE be ready for computers, and I hope to have a phone version, too. Depends on how much I’m able to get done.
Anyway, yup! Final date I hope to have the game done is end of 2024. I don’t know how many people are excited, especially since I’ve been SUPER hush hush about the characters, and the story, and all that, but.
I’m pourin my soul into it, and just wanted to sneak yall an update in the mean time. <3

Do you still think about Gloomverse? I know you've been focused on other projects but your designs permeate my brain & I absolutely adore your writing style! I hope one day you get the drive to continue it again, but until then i'm already very happy with how the story stands for now! You've already done an amazing job

I was focusing a bit too hard on my video game, and let my convention/etsy shop sorta…. have lots of old merch for a while. I didn’t realize how long it had been since I made a bunch of new stuff, until money at cons dropped real low! So, I’m catching myself up with watching cool new things, playing cool new games, ect ect.
Also I’m only 3 episodes into Trigun Stampede and ;0; I adore it already!
